Abstract

Information technology is a very important way for small and medium manufacturing enterprises in China to enhance their management level and the level of innovation. It´s also Twelfth Five-Year Plan in line with our information presented in the spirit of promoting industrialization. From the SaaS model cluster Type of industry cluster development and the needs of both information technology starting draw SaaS model and industrial clusters Meeting point, and cooperative innovative SaaS platform to do the analysis.
