Abstract

The shortage of Engineering talent and the quality of engineering education are the common problems in the world. In recent years, China needs comprehensive project management talent, but the current situation is not optimistic. This paper discusses the core essence of industrial enterprises talent training service concept based on engineering education, and describes how to divide it by dimensions, and introduces some relevant issues such as service contact and service blueprints, finally introduces the drama performance theory of the Symbol sympathetic School.
