Abstract :
Flexibility stemming from various dynamic changes has become one of the major research topics in the area of today´s workflow management. This paper focuses on the definition and control strategy dealing with the change requirements from the point of view of users. To clarify the potential problems, we classify the flexible changes from a different perspective, called active and passive changes. Based on this classification, we present a control strategy combining pre-defined possibilities and flexible instantiation. First, a 3DWFN model is presented to pre-define flexible possibilities, and then a shell concept is used to instantiate flexibly. Some cases study based on 3DWFN are given to illustrate the efficiency of the method
