An analysis on the problems of development of e-commerce for small and medium size enterprises within Heilongjiang province

Abstract :
In China´s eleventh five year plan there is a proposal to develop e-commerce between large enterprises and then to extend it to small and medium size businesses, key industries and third party providers etc. E-commerce is quote as “the greatest potential opportunity for future business”, we should actively promote it and accelerate it´s development. This paper will analysis the current e-commerce situation, relevant problems and emphasis the importance of developing e-commerce for Heilongjiang´s economy. From this we will provide advice for small and medium size enterprises with regard to participating in e-commerce.
