According to Accenture´s e-government public service evaluation system, integrate KANO model´s basic idea, guide by citizen´s demand, construct “citizen-centered” e-government public service system and then empirical analysis Huzhou e-government public service by fuzzy synthetic evaluation, and finally gives the corresponding conclusions and recommendations.
