Abstract :
The excitation of an NRD guide through a transverse or longitudinal slot by a rectangular waveguide are rigorously analyzed. The dyadic Green´s functions are used to establish the coupled integral equations, which are solved with the moment method. The LSE and LSM mode excitation in the NRD guide are investigated respectively and the coupling efficiency and leaky phenomenon are also discussed.
