Abstract
Despite extensive guidelines and regulations unexpected detail errors often slip in unexpected in process sequences of the electronics production and strongly influence the product quality or even cause damages on sensitive parts. It can happen for example, that in the design or the construction of production lines the use of ESD compliant materials will be respected not sufficiently, or unconscious error in the handling of parts happen but also the employees, due to routine can be a great risk for ESDS. Then often a detailed error analysis in production is the only way to track all damage potential. It is not only important to turn off the errors, but to eliminate the causes and effects of failures permanently and to incorporate the gained experiences in all other applicable areas.
