Abstract :
Combined with our country´s legislative status and social needs, this article outlines the legislative system of E-commerce from the view of E-commerce legislation of international experience. Furthermore, this article elaborates the legislative strategy of the E-commerce from the legislative policy, orientation, content, interpretation and method.
