Abstract :
In this paper, spinel CoFe2O4 were synthesized by co-precipitation method and a graded composite of CoFe2O4, Titania and Bamboo charcoal with LDPE are prepared for 1% volume fraction. Structural characterization is done by X-ray diffraction and Scanning electron microscopy. Inclusion of Titania has increased the permittivity. The reflection loss of the graded composites measured in the microwave frequency range of X-band showed that microwave absorbing properties of the titania /bamboo charcoal/ CoFe2O4 composite were found to be approximately -9 dB at 9.8 GHz.
