  • Abstract
    Low level HBM discharges can be highly attenuated due to the voltage dependency of skin resistance. In practice, low level HBM discharges can be extraordinarily weak, yet control methods are still aimed at handling components having susceptibility greater than or equal to 100 V HBM.
