The reform of Chinese rural finance has never been paused. And recently, the finance has played an important role in support of rural development (we usually called “San Nong”, which is the abbreviation of agriculture countryside, and farmers in Chinese). However, the big problem that it is difficult to loan by San Nong is still plague the development of rural economy. There are kinds of indications manifest that this longstanding problem has been emerging the new characteristics, furthermore, the formal ideas of rural financial reformation are also suffering new challenges. The only way to process successfully and utilize financial supports to new countryside construction for the rural reformation is to promote rural financial innovation.
