Abstract :
A Texas Instruments nonlinear GaAs FET Modified Materka model was developed in HP-EESof Series IV v5.0 using Libra Senior. A ¿Load pull Template¿ was developed in the current HP-EESof software Libra IV v5.0 which utilizes the nonlinear model to simulate power out and power-added effiency load pull contours. Commercially available software was then used to compare modeled versus measured load pull contours and to verifY the accuracy of the nonlinear model.
