Abstract :
In this paper, a nonlinear programming algorithm is applied to the electrical parameter estimation of induction motors. A linear in the parameters output model of the system is obtained thanks to the reinitialized partial moments technique. This method is able to reconstruct the nonmeasured rotor currents. Simulation results show that this algorithm can perform an identification of the five electrical parameters of the motor
