Abstract :
In this paper we propose the application of invented methods for construction the advising control system. It bases on contructing the special fuzzy chart, which could take into account all control and disturbing influences taking place in complex object. For such object as rotary cement kiln here we described this methodology, based on one of its main nodes (technological values). Thus with help of sets of such fuzzy behavior charts of all basic nodes we can account not only normal operation of apparatus but also find out emergency situations, which could be in it.
