Abstract
Based on the semantic similarity between models in the same 3D scene, a 3D model semantic automatic annotation algorithm is proposed. This algorithm abstracts a scene into a scene-tree, uses ontology for semantic reasoning between scene and model, and annotates model files automatically. First, model domain ontology for scene is made. Then the scene-tree is traversed twice, and the 3D models annotation is achieved by semantic reasoning among nodes. The experiments show the feasibility of this method, which lays a foundation for semantic retrieval and rapid modeling of 3D scene.
