Abstract :
The performance of the /spl plusmn/45/spl deg/ slanted polarization scheme in terms of the output SINR and the power correlation coefficient is analyzed for the antenna placement in (i) a vertical plane, (ii) a plane inclined at 45/spl deg/ to vertical and (iii) a horizontal plane. These arrangements correspond to their use on a laptop computer for use in a WLAN.
