Abstract :
the height dimensional resolution was very poor when used the Fourier transform directly to deal with Tomography SAR height dimensional imaging because of few baselines. A new method based on spatial spectrum estimation such as Capon filter is proposed in this paper. Digital simulation experiment is carried out in the end of the paper, and the results indicates that the new method can improve the height dimensional resolution of Tomography SAR greatly and the sidelobe is lower too relative to traditional Fourier transform method.
