After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Through the analysis of the education equipment life time cycle cost concept and characteristics, In education equipment life cycle cost related data fully, known initial cost and use the phase known intermediate stage use cost conditions, respectively established the forecast model. Inadequate data can be difficult to find statistical rule, and hard to meet some typical probability distribution, so the grey model is introduced to the Forecasting economic life time of education equipment. Through the case to verify its accuracy, and in education equipment procurement and renewal of management is of certain application value.
