Abstract :
In this paper, a MoM based numerical method is given to solve the 3D scattering problem including two lossy dielectric half space media separated by a 2D locally rough interface. The proposed method is the extended form of the buried object approach (BOA) method (Altuncu et al., 2007) to 2D rough surfaces. The method is very effective for locally rough surfaces having arbitrary surface variation.
