An approach to cultivate talents of information and technology under the Combination of Information and Industrialization

High quality and multiplex talents of information and technology will be the key to decide the success of the Combination of Information and Industrialization. In this paper, the connotation of Information and Industrialization Combination, which requirements to China´s talents of information and technology and talents cultivation status were analyzed, and based on that, the talents training mode was Suggested.
