Abstract
This paper presents eDalgo, a project dedicated to the creation of an innovative interactive hypermedia based on the self regulated learning. It contains the important basic notions of algorithms and programming being therefore a very useful tool for beginners. A methodological approach is proposed as a basis for development. First, conception phase makes use of CEPIAH interactive guide. The second phase uses the netUniversity platform (Technology Enhanced Learning Environment). As a result, learners from different partner universities have access to an interactive course, adopting aspects of self regulated learning. Reserving a special part to learner needs and adapting the course according to him is crucial. Therefore, improving eLearning quality would project classical teaching into a new era of learning. This would be possible with an hypermedia adapted to the cognitive level and to the learner preferences, without omitting the social aspect of his learning.
