Abstract :
The employment of graduates is an important issue connecting with the nation´s development and the people´s livelihood. This paper analysis the factors that promote graduates´ employment and discusses their relations between each other using general system structure theory, and constructs a employment promotion system model and its structure. Besides, in order to realize the functions of the system, this paper put forwards several practical measures.
