Abstract :
Modern logistics must link one service network to other service networks which are scattered in different areas and build a modern logistics service network. Hub-spoken network model is a powerful network structure which can integrate logistical resources, raise usage of logistical resources and reduce cost of logistics. The case study of organization C shows how to build a logistics based hub-spoken network through SPSS software analysis approach, assessment index system of network node and organization C´s own distribution practices. This paper makes a clear sequence of development and provides method guidance of modern logistics service network building from 32 RDC quantities´ calculation.
