Abstract :
Knowledge workers are the major component of the high-tech enterprises´ core competitivity. This essay, taking knowledge workers in seven high-tech enterprises in mainland china as research subjects, designs the questionnaire, undertakes the on-site assessment of employees´ satisfaction rate by using the summation score method, analyzes the key factors influencing satisfaction rate, and thus put forward the suggestions on improving satisfaction rate of knowledge workers.
