  • Abstract
    A transient model of 4KTR thermal noise and a general solution for circuit simulation in the field of switch-cap circuit is presented. The mathematical model and the way to implement is be included. With the aid of this model the exact noise performance of mixed mode circuit like switch-cap type is easily extracted and verified. A 10 bit pipeline A/D converter is analyzed with this method. A much more efficient and precise AC equivalent model can be generated which prove to highly consistent with the transient simulation and theoretical value.
