Abstract :
The effectiveness of the educational process is given by such factors as learner´s intelligence, prior knowledge and learner´s cognitive and learning style. The process of instruction supported by ICT is considered suitable and beneficial for learners of all styles. The paper introduces approaches to implementing the learning/teaching style theory in the field of eLearning.
