Abstract :
Economic urban spatial structure has profoundly impacted economy operation efficiency of city, quality of living environment and quality of life. This study focused on a typical multi-center city in China that incorporated geostatistic method with quantitative regression under the assistance of Geographic Information System. The results show that spatial amenities play an important role in reducing the attraction of traditional urban cores, easing the price gradients and constructing polycentric urban structure. The final findings could be used by urban planners and authorities in their attempts to optimize the economic structure of urban spatial, guide the location and scheduling of real estate development with the aims of sustainable urban development.
