After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Nanyang retail has been developing to different degrees in recent years. And it gains the advantages such as closing to markets, flexible operation and so on. However, there are also some disadvantages and even a big gap that in business philosophy technological conditions, the scales and human resources compared with foreign-funded enterprise. For improving competitiveness, the retail enterprises have to re-orientate the market, absorb advanced technology and innovation. And especially they should continually innovate in the business philosophy and technique, develop the chain management, and expand the business size, create the management features, implement differentiation and innovate.
