Abstract :
Effects of technological innovation on performance are significantly important to firm´s competitive advantages. This paper aims to find the key points when studying effects of technological innovation on performance, and to build a conceptual model. The results show that R&D and marketing capabilities are critical. In the conceptual model, not only effects of R&D and marketing capabilities, but also integration of two capabilities should be included. The paper will contribute to the further empirical research in this field.
