Abstract
In the post-financial crisis era, innovation plays an important role in the development of SMEs. It is the main driving force in the development of SMEs. It is an important way to enhance the core competitiveness of SMEs. The main methods of innovation are including strategic innovation, management innovation, technological innovation, cultural innovation and marketing innovation. Enhancing the core competitiveness of SMEs with innovation should change ideas, strengthen policy support, promoting the Industry-Academia-Research combination.
