Abstract
This paper analyses the impact of the inflation pressure and the stock option incentive on the company performance using the data of China´s listed companies in food industry from 2006 to 2009. The result indicates that the inflation pressure has negative but not significant effect on the performance of the company. And the stock option is significantly negative with the performance of the company.
