Abstract :
Nowadays, as energy shortage and traffic jams is becoming increasingly severe, energy conservation and environmental protection, convenient bicycle transport attracts more and more peoples attention. In China, many cities began to launch the bicycle network planning design research and practice on the bikeway planning, when we began to design the bikeway, the bikeway will cause a lot of conflicts in the plot entrances, intersections, transits, these conflicts are the difficult points of our planning. This paper will put forward a feasible treatment which aiming at these points of conflict, give the specific treatment schemes, and make the various traffic modes go its own way and without delay in these points of conflict.
