Abstract :
A hierarchical proxy blind signature scheme is proposed. The scheme is provably secure. Then, a fair off-line electronic cash system based on the discrete logarithm problem is constructed. The off-line electronic cash system can trace double spenders and satisfy the requirement in the hierarchical situation.
