  • Abstract
    Analytic hierarchy procedure abbreviated as AHP was used to determine the weight values for assessment index of website. Taking the website of university library as an example, this paper analyzes the weight of the assessment indexes of website by AHP. By establishing the structure of evaluation, combined with the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, this paper judges the relative importance between the indicators and constructs the judge Matrix to establish an AHP model. The value of the weight of each index of the website of university library was calculated, and through the consistency examination the final sequences of the importance of all indexes are obtained. The result of consistency examination shows that the method of AHP is an effective method to determine the weight values for assessment index of university library website and the method makes the evaluation more scientific and reasonable.
