Abstract :
Focal firm innovation network is an effective way to develop Chinese auto industry. Firstly, analyze and summarize the concept and structure of the focal firm innovation network; Secondly, discuss the successful use of the focal firm innovation network in the U.S. and Japanese auto industry; Thirdly, explore the application of focal firm innovation network in the future development of Chinese auto industry, which may help Chinese auto industry go out of the difficulty with faster speed; Lastly, get the conclusion and discussion.
