  • Abstract
    On the basis of literature review on complex project crisis management, it points out the insufficiency of existing complex project crisis management: dispersed resources, lack of collaborative work and weak capacity of dynamic crisis management. It designs complex project crisis management grid system according to the structure of complex project gird elements and complex project crisis management procedure. The system consists of six subsystems: project data management subsystem, subsystem of project components online updating, warning subsystem, collaboration subsystem, statistics subsystem and grid coding subsystem. The functions of every subsystem are described in detail. It puts forward a new method to manage complex project crisis applying grid technology so as to manage complex project crisis effectively in practice.
