Abstract :
Based on the fuzzy method and an evaluation model of high-voltage circuit breaker state, we propose an enhanced variable weight method to deal with the situation of a sudden change of state, which cannot be solved with the constant weight method. The proposed method improved the accuracy of the evaluation.
