Abstract :
The allocation of resources is an important question in the domain of services trade. Usually, in order to get a better allocating form, a great deal of computing price has to be paid. And also, because of the complexity of the computing, an optimized allocating form is unable to be acquired frequently in fact. A method of optimized allocation of resources is presented in this paper. It´s based on the neural dynamic system. Via this way, the optimized allocating form is generated fully dynamically and there´s no need to enumerate all kinds of allocating forms. The computing efficiency is improved quite greatly. At the same time, the neural dynamic system can be processed with thread technology. Cells in each group are able to function concurrently. Thus, the calculating speed is increased more.
