Research on CI meta-synthetic framework in CI service industries

This paper discusses CI meta-synthetic framework based on the principles of meta-synthetic from quantitative to qualitative after detailed analysis of the complexities of CI, including the flow of CI meta-synthetic, CI qualitative synthesization based on classical Delphi and its improvement, and the realization of CI meta-synthetic. We point out that CI meta-synthetic framework is an important and effective methodology for CI researches so that the CI service industries can use this systematic framework for reference and provide efficient CI products and services for the customers.
