Abstract :
The paper deals with the performance of adaptive array receivers in indoor environments. The channel impulse response is evaluated by means of a 3D ray-tracing programme. The adaptive receiver is a circular array of dipoles, while the adaptation is based on the direct matrix inversion technique. The improvements with regards to the single element receiver are evaluated in terms of bit error rate of the communication system
