Abstract :
This paper examines the use of a train communication system that provides continuous coverage between high speed trains and the public networks on the ground. The paper consider an appropriate radio channel over which acceptable transmission quality can be achieved. This link is then used to multiplex various types of messages in order to achieve improved throughput delay performance. A novel multiplexing algorithm has been proposed and shown to work very efficiently
