Quality management practices and continuous learning are two critical success factors within enterprises. While the implementation of quality management methods has recently shown a clear integrating trend, organizational learning (OL) has attracted much more attention. However, there´s little research has been conducted on the relationship between quality method integration (QMI) and OL, or their impact on performance. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationship among OL, QMI and performance. Six hypotheses are formulated on the relationship among OL, QMI and performance. The research is based on the survey data from 543 companies in 10 countries / regions. Structure equation modeling (SEM) is used to analyze the data. The results show that OL directly contributes to QMI with a time lag, but does not directly contribute to performance. The results suggest that companies have to invested more emphasis on OL when implementing QMI and be patient to wait for the result.
