  • Abstract
    Based on analyzing the theory of knowledge innovation system of Nonaka I. and Takeuchi H., the article takes example from it and gives the definitions of knowledge assets, micro Ba and macro Ba in the university science parks. On this basis, the article constructs a new knowledge innovation system for the university science parks based on Nonaka´s SECI model. It also analyzes the contents of the input subsystem, the catalytic subsystem, the output subsystem and the feedback subsystem in the new system and discusses how the four subsystems interact and influence the new system. As a result, all the effort hopes to drive forward the development of University Science Parks.
