Abstract

Technology and market together impel the telecommunication industry to implement leap-forward development. The content of the telecommunication service evolves continuously, changing from network service, sales service, information service to the interactive & comprehensive service, convergence service. This thesis constructs the model of the telecommunication´s interactive & comprehensive service, implementing the interactive equilibrium between the telecommunication service and the consumers´ service demand.
