Abstract :
A broadband phase shifter used for digital power meter is designed. The power meter with this phase shifter can be applied to the measurement of single-frequency sinusoidal AC signals in a wide range of frequency from 20Hz to 20 KHz. The error can be controlled below 1%. It has broad application prospects because of its wide measurement frequency range, high accuracy in AC signal power measurement, simple structure, and high reliability.
