Abstract :
The paper extends the problem of minimax robust control to singular system with uncertainty and time-delay. Minimax robust controller is designed by means of structure local criterion function, which makes the bound of performance, cost get the minimum under condition of worst case disturbance; And the minimax controller is got to make the close-loop system of descriptor systems with time-delay admissible and the judgment is expressed by LMI. Furthermore, this kind of result is extended to the linear descriptor discrete systems. A numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the descriptor systems with uncertainty.
