The most important aspects of balancing urban and rural development is to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, and the fundamental gap is income. In this paper we attempt to study the income of farmers by addressing the problems encountered in the process to maximize their income. Then we identify the key factors that affect the income of farmers by quantitative analysis. Finally, we believe that only by increasing the intensity of the Government´s financial support for agriculture, and making the whole chain of agricultural industry can be benefit for farmers, can ctually guarantee the constant growth of farmers´ income.
