Abstract :
This system is designed according to certain problems in vehicle assembly; the long cycle of information feedback, the lack of necessary shop floor information in assembly scheduling, the insertion of possible emergency orders during assembly process, and the anomalies that cannot be handled timely and effectively during production process. This system constructed a flexible man-machine collaborative assembly job shop scheduling model, it also has the function of the assembly work program management, scheduling management and monitoring of warning management and other functions. The use of this system in the assembly shop of DF Motor Company shows that the system effectively shortens the assembly cycle, cuts back the number of products in process, helps to reduce the material inventory, promotes the achievement lean production management, upgrades the workshop management level and enhances the information technology level. It helps to solve some of the key problems in automobile assembly management.
