The research of sub-chain of supply

The competition of supply chain has become the main form of the enterprise competition. But the complexity of the supply chain network improves the difficulty of enterprise management of supply chain. The monitoring taking a single supplier as the object cannot fully and truly reflect the suppliers´ ability to provide products and service. The sub-chain is the local link of supply chain and supply process of the parts (or raw materials). This paper, through the analysis on ecological mechanism of sub-chain, studies the characteristics and development changes of sub-chain, probes into the applicability of sub-chain extensively, and finally gives an example of moving platen manufacturing sub-chain of the injection molding machine.
