Abstract
In the paper used the OMRON Multi-PLC Control for coating workshop of PLC control about Dongfeng company, and described the structure and function of the system. The System used Ethernet to achieve the connection with the production management system, used the controller Link network to complete the connection and data transmission between PLC and PLC, and used the fieldbus to complete the field control. The PLC completed the autocontrol of the whole process about automobile body paint production process, and completed the tracking, recording and analysis for each automobile body.
